How to choose group mates?

When group works are being distributed out, it's the time to choose your group mates.

But...How to choose? Who to choose?

Fear not~ Here are some tips for you.

• IF you ARE a slacker:

1. Get to someone who seems to know a lot about the job, or
   
2. Get to someone who seems very enthusiastic about the job, or
3. Get to someone who seems very care about the results of the job, or
4. Get yourself into a group that has already been formed.

Why choose people fall under these categories? The reasons are very simple~

If you get to someone who seems to know a lot about the job, then you are worry free about what and how to do because you needn't to find out if you don't know. Problems will be settle automatically!

If you get to someone who seems very enthusiastic about the job or someone who seems very care about the results of the job, that's better!! He or she can also do the portion for you!!

If you get yourself into a group that has already been formed, that would be nice~~ After you join the group, just keep low profile and everything would be fine for you.

If you can find people that fall under ALL the categories above.....CONGRATULATIONS!!!! That would be wonderful for you!!!

• IF you ARE NOT a slacker:

1. Keep track the records of slackers, and/or
   
2. Group with the people who are also slacker-haters, and/or
3. Group with the people who have initiative to find out problems, and/or
4. Group with the people who have capability of performing tasks.

Why these categories?

No slackers = better job performances = better job done.

( If you want to be a slacker and you don't wanna to be black-listed, be a smart slacker. You can slack off sometimes but don't overdo that until you break the limit within your group mates)
