About 2 years ago, an MMU student who was reported fell down from Ixora Apartment (forgot which floor already) while attempting to reach his own locked apartment from his neighbour's balcony.
About a year later, another girl who was resided in Emerald Park was found dead in Ixora Apartment (again). Some said she decided to end her own life because of relationship problems.
Few days back then, an MMU student was reported missing on 12 Spet then found dead on 13 Sept. His body was found in the jetty near Holiday Inn there.

I know that suicides are everywhere....but 3 cases in 3 years in this community, is it just a coincident or a curse?

KTAR have average 2 cases of commit suicide each year.
Most of the cases are about relationship problem and certain cases are talking about pressure.

just hope them r.i.p.
